Winter Park, Florida

This project consisted of approximately 16,000 sf of high-end law offices. The reception / conference area was a primary focal point of the design. In order to achieve the look and feel of old Winter Park, the clients and I toured a number of historic homes throughout Winter Park and were given a guided walking tour of the Rollins College campus. The choices of materials and some of the finish details were inspired by these tours.

The lobby provides both public and private waiting areas. Consultations are often held in the private waiting area.

The false columns in the elevator lobby set up a rhythm which continues into the main lobby area.

Storage walls and built-in secretarial stations are used throughout the office. No central file room or library was required.
